Webinar: Using surveys to understand your service – research and practice perspectives
This webinar, presented by the Australian Institute of Family studies on Wednesday, 22 November from 1:00pm to 2:00pm (AEDT), will draw on researcher and practitioner perspectives to explore effective strategies for using surveys in child and family services and common assumptions and concerns about using surveys in service provision.
This webinar will give you:
- an understanding of how to successfully integrate client surveys and survey data into your service
- insight into how service providers can use surveys with diverse client groups such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- tips for administering standardised outcomes measures in child and family services.
