QFCC’s Workforce Survey: child protection family support and youth justice

The Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) is required by legislation to monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of Queensland child protection and youth justice systems. Regular surveys of frontline workers in these systems are a key input to the work it undertakes.

The survey is aimed at staff who provide frontline child protection, family support and youth justice services to Queensland children, young people and their families.

Survey findings will be shared with stakeholders and will inform efforts to continuously improve the systems aiming to achieve positive outcomes for Queensland’s children, young people and their families. They will also be published on the QFCC website.

The survey is open now and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
