Resource library: Mercy Community residential care policy and procedure templates

Mercy Community Services has concluded their residential care service but recognises the value of the policies and procedures they developed during this time.

To support other service providers, Mercy has generously shared these resources with QCOSS, making them available as a reference for developing or refining your own organisational frameworks.

Two libraries of templates are available for download now: library one and library two.
