Clemente: Free university program boosts opportunities

Clemente is a free university program offered through Australian Catholic University to meet the needs of students who have experienced hardship.

Delivered in partnership between Micah Projects, St Vincent de Paul Society, Australian Catholic University, Sisters of Mercy Brisbane and Common Ground Queensland, it provides opportunities for people to attend university in a supportive and hopeful environment.

In Queensland, the program is offered the course in Brisbane (Philosophy) and Banyo (Sociology).

No specific qualifications are needed and there is no upper age limit.
