Blue Card: Free online information sessions

Blue Card Services runs a range of information sessions year-round to increase sector understanding of services on offer, including:

• The blue card check: This session focuses on the eligibility and assessment requirements for blue card screening, when a person cannot apply, why linking applicants and card holders is critical, and why organisations should not make everyone get a blue card.
• Safeguarding children: This session provides organisations with information about how to develop and implement an effective child and youth risk management strategy to better protect children.
• Benefits of the Organisation Portal: This session is for organisations who want to learn more about the benefits of the Organisation Portal and how to get the best user experience to meet their blue card obligations.
