NDIS: Latest Quarterly Report released
The latest NDIS Quarterly Report has been released. This Quarterly Report is a summary of how the Scheme performed from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023.
Highlights in this Quarterly Report included:

As of December 2023, more than 646,000 Australians with disability are receiving supports through the NDIS. A total of 17,605 participants joined the Scheme during this quarter.

Participation in work has more than doubled from 10% to 22% for participants aged 15 to 24. Read more about this on page 21.

41% of participants aged 15 years and older reported increased participation in community and social activities – a relative increase of 19%. Read more about this on page 21.

We continue to improve our ability to identify and respond to fraud and compliance risks and improve the integrity of the Scheme. This work will ensure participant funding is going to where it is intended and will support participants to achieve their goals. Read more about this on page 75.
