Translation services for NDIS participants

Do you know of a NDIS participant who does not speak English and whose circumstance has changed during COVID-19?

If they need help contacting the NDIS, please encourage them to call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 and ask to speak to the NDIS or visit the NDIS website.

TIS have more than 3,000 certified interpreters across Australia, in over 160 different languages. NDIS participants and carers are not charged for language interpreting services.

The NDIS has also released useful COVID-19 information in other languages on it’s website.
