Event: Queensland Women’s Strategy with Queensland Attorney-General Shannon Fentiman
Queensland’s Attorney-General, the Hon. Shannon Fentiman MP, will join QCOSS CEO Aimee McVeigh on Tuesday, 26 April from 2:00pm to 3:00pm AEST for an in-depth discussion of the Queensland Women’s Strategy, its recommendations and desired outcomes for our state.
QCOSS’ vision is for equality, opportunity and wellbeing for all people. A society that is gender equal promotes and protects women’s rights, interests and wellbeing and ensures women’s participation in all aspects of society. This will be an opportunity to explore in detail this landmark strategy and what it means for our sector.
Participants can submit questions before the event via registration, or by email. QCOSS and QUT Centre for Justice members can register for free, and non-members can reserve a spot for $80.
