Queensland is in a housing crisis. 300,000 Queenslanders currently have unmet housing needs.
In May of this year, the Queensland Government created the Department of Housing. The department aims to achieve, “Thriving communities where all Queenslanders can have a safe and stable place to live and enjoy high levels of social and economic wellbeing”.
