Have your say on proposed changes to online liquor sales
Online sales and delivery of food and beverage, including alcohol, has rapidly increased in recent years. However, some research has identified potential risks, especially around minors and unduly intoxicated people accessing liquor.
The Queensland Government has committed to developing a regulatory framework for online liquor sales and delivery.
Following targeted industry stakeholder consultation in April 2023, it is now asking the public to provide feedback and inform the development of regulations for online liquor sales and delivery.
