Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, cash has no longer been accepted on buses, ferries or at train station ticket offices in South East Queensland. So how has the move to cashless public transport affected commuters?

QCOSS is seeking feedback from both front-line staff at community service organisations, and their clients who use public transport, to help Translink understand:

  • The impacts on customers’ ability to pay for and use public transport; and
  • What types of measures would support customers to adjust to this change.
