Guide QCOSS research to support service improvement in our sector

QCOSS is currently undertaking two research projects that require input from employees throughout the social services sector, including Senior Management, Chief Executive Officers and staff involved in front-line client service delivery. The projects are:

Identifying current and emerging issues

The aim of this project is to identify strategies that can assist our sector to respond to current and emerging issues and improve their short, medium and long-term capacity to deliver services more effectively.

Including the consumer voice

This project aims to identify how Queensland’s social services sector can most effectively partner with consumers to support ongoing service planning and co-design.
