Enable Grants Program Information Session
The Department of Energy and Public Works is holding an information session for non-government organisations (NGOs), on Thursday, 14 September from 10:30am to 11:30am, to outline the Enable Grants Program to find out more about the upcoming program and how to apply for a grant.
The $10 million Enable Grants Program will help ease cost of living pressures for households experiencing vulnerability, as well as renters.
NGOs are encouraged to apply for funding to develop projects that assist vulnerable households to lower and manage their energy usage.
The program is an initiative of the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan to provide energy efficiency advice and measures to support the reduction of household bills for Queenslanders experiencing vulnerability.
