DFV Prevention Corporate and Community Engagement Framework launched
A new framework to drive further corporate and community sector action to end domestic and family violence has been launched by the Queensland Government.
The new DFV Prevention Corporate and Community Engagement Framework (the Framework) will enable the collective efforts of corporate and community organisations to lead and initiate further change.
The Framework has four objectives focused on:
- raising awareness of the impacts of DFV
- creating safe and supportive organisations
- developing meaningful partnerships; and
- leading culture change to end DFV.
There are also several supporting documents to help corporate and community organisations to transfer the Framework into practice. There is a policy guide, presentation, fact sheet and worksheet. There are also a series of promotional assets to assist in promoting the Framework.
