COVID-19 information for multicultural communities
Queensland Health is working closely with key stakeholders across the state to ensure that people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds have access to current, culturally appropriate and translated COVID-19 information.
Queensland Health has developed a number of resources about COVID-19 in 22 different languages other than English. Resources include information about business and community responsibilities, updates on easing restrictions and contact tracing locations. You can find resources in your language here.
Let us know your experiences communicating with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community members during COVID-19
What are some of the issues you have faced with service delivery to CALD community members? What would help you to better assist your clients?
If you work in this space QCOSS would really appreciate your feedback through a short online survey. Responses are open until 31 October.
