COVID-19: Government contact for service delivery concerns
Queensland Health is partnering with the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy and the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs to support the community services sector in Queensland with a point-of-contact for COVID-19 related queries on issues impacting on the delivery of services to marginalised and disadvantaged people in Queensland.
The service is active and available now via email at [email protected].
The inbox will be monitored during business hours from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday until at least Friday, 25 March 2022. The service may be extended as the Queensland community and services continue to respond to the current outbreak.
You can use the service to:
- Find and access accurate publicly available information regarding current COVID-19 restrictions.
- Find the most suitable destination for your query – e.g. State Health Emergency Coordination Centre, the local Public Health Unit and/or funding contract managers.
- Pass on general information regarding sector challenges and issues to the policy and program leads in relevant government agencies.
