Blue card: You can nominate someone to discuss your application
Did you know that a blue card applicant or card holder can nominate another person to discuss their application with Blue Card Services?
They can do this by nominating another person via the consent to discuss information form.
The applicant can then choose if the authorised person can have access to discuss their blue card application and whether they can also discuss any police history or medical information. The applicant just needs to let Blue Card know when completing the consent to discuss information form.
This form is particularly useful when an applicant does not have access to a telephone or internet service when engaging with the blue card application process.
The applicant or card holder can nominate anyone they choose to provide that consent to, however Blue Card Services recommend that the person they nominate is someone who will be prepared to provide support and help in the applicant or card holder’s best interests.
