This webinar was presented by Susan Cislowski from Community Management Solutions (CMS).  Susan has been working as an Employment Relations Advisor for more than 17 years. She has more than 40 years’ experience working with or being part of the not-for-profit sector. As part of Susan's role with CMS, she has provided advocacy work in both the Fair Work Commission and Qld Industrial Relations Commission. Susan has worked tirelessly supporting not-for-profits in making sure they understand their obligations and responsibility as an employer.
