This collection of resources produced by the Queensland Network of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies (QNADA) aims to tackle the misconceptions and stigma surrounding the use of alcohol and other drugs.

These resources were developed in collaboration with a psychopharmacologist, an addiction medicine specialist, a social worker and a psychologist, and address some commonly held assumptions about alcohol and drug use.

The 'frequently asked questions' sheets provide useful tips about responding to clients’ needs, harm reduction, and the process of referring to an alcohol or other drug (AoD) service. Treatment options including withdrawal management, residential rehabilitation and psychosocial support are explored in detail.

You can find the resources here at the QNADA website.
