Queensland Women's Week 2020 grant applications will close tomorrow (31 October) at 5:00pm.

A total of $150,000 funding is available to support Queensland Women’s Week 2020 (6-15 March) events, projects and activities throughout the state's urban, rural and remote communities that:

  • offer opportunities for women of all ages, abilities and linguistic and cultural backgrounds to join together in celebration; and
  • inspire the Queensland community to respect women, embrace gender equality, and promote and protect the rights, interests and wellbeing of women and girls.

Community organisations, councils and P&Cs are encouraged to apply for grants of up to $3000.
