Making sure people with disability are connected into their communities is an important part of the NDIS. To do this, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is funding a range of projects which are focused on creating more inclusive communities through Information, Linkages and Capacity building (ILC) activities.
The NDIA is rolling out grants in each State or Territory for organisations to deliver ILC activities. The grant round for Queensland is expected to open late 2018.
Workshops to help you apply for NDIS funding for inclusion projects are being held around Queensland throughout June.
