Community Legal Centres Queensland, in partnership with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, are surveying lawyers, frontline and intake workers, and social workers in Queensland about the impact phone or internet issues are having on their clients.  

The results will help shape the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman's services and the people it helps, and is an opportunity for your voice and profession to be heard.  
The survey is completely anonymous and should take less than ten minutes to complete. It covers three areas (about you, helping clients, and phone and internet issues) with an optional case study section.
The results of the survey will be presented at the upcoming Community Legal Centres Queensland Conference, in Brisbane, on 9 March 2018.
