QCOSS unit costing tool
The QCOSS Unit Costing Tool is useful for organisations trying to understand the impacts of rising wage costs and confidently negotiate funding and service agreement outputs. The Queensland Department of Communities is currently transitioning organisations to output-based service agreements as their current agreements expire. Organisations are required to determine what level of outputs they are able to deliver within existing resources (including rising wage costs).
Managing your organisation
Other sections on Community Door may be useful to organisations who are building their organisation's sustainability or managing the organisational and human resource implications of rising wage costs. See Organisational Resources.
