A joint QCOSS and PeakCare one-day workshop was held in February 2017 to explore the many aspects of cultural inclusion in a community service.

Attendees gained a better understanding of the strengths of culturally diverse communities and how to appropriately include people from different cultures into their workplace and service delivery.

They discussed how we can become more culturally inclusive across the community services sector. What needs to be done? What are the barriers and enablers to access, faced by culturally and linguistically diverse populations in our communities?

The forum included a series of thoughtful speakers and audience engagement. To get a flavour of the issues discussed at the forum see the attached documents from some of the workshop's speakers.
