Phase one of the outcomes co-design process ran from January to July 2015.
The aim of this phase was to bring government contract managers and community based organisations together to define a suite of outcome measures for use in service agreements for funded community services from 1st July 2015.
In this first phase, 521 participants from a range of service providers, peak bodies and government agencies took part in the process.
As a result of this process a suite of outcome measures were developed.
