This second workshop in the series, held in New Farm, built on a set of themes that emerged from the first. The purpose of this workshop was to re-write and re-work the core set of outcome measures that were explored in the first session.
Short presentations were given by people within community organisations who were already on the path of measuring outcomes and they were able to share their implementation experience to date.
- Geoff Woolcock (Community indicators – the bigger picture)
- Richard Fahy (Lutheran Community Care – implementation experience):
- Craig Hodges (Uniting Care Community – implementation experience)
The session also included an activity in which participants brainstormed preferred outcome definitions, potential indicators, examples of evidence, tools and guidance for each investment specification.
