Part of the support project funded by the Queensland Government included a survey of the 316 listed organisations in order to collect data on the impacts of the Regulation on affected organisations. The data from this survey has been useful in shaping feedback on the impacts of the original Regulation. 

In addition to this funded work on the immediate impact of the Regulation on prescribed organisations, peak organisations in Queensland, including QCOSS and NDS continue to conduct advocacy around the need for funding the full cost of service delivery across the whole sector. Organisations are encouraged to contact their peak body regarding the latest advocacy activities. In addition to this organisations should continue lobbying their local members and funding bodies and inform them of the challenges placed upon their organisation as a result of rising wage costs.
