The Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) has published research findings from its Talking Families public communication campaign.

The report describes facilitators of, and barriers to, parents' help-seeking and help-accepting behaviour, and the community's help-offering behaviour. The results will inform the next phase of the Talking Families campaign, which aims to encourage use of early intervention and support services and to empower children, parents and communities to thrive.

QFCC will soon hold seminars to discuss the research findings. Complete the online form to register your interest to attend.

The Talking Families research report is now available along with a statewide snapshot and an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander snapshot which highlight some of the key findings.
