Community-based organisations play a vital role in meeting community needs across Queensland.
In times of disaster, they perform important roles at the frontline, responding to people in crisis.
CSIA's Disaster Management and Recovery Workshop will focus on building the skills of the community organisation, boards and staff to undertake business continuity planning.
The workshop will:
- Provide and overview of business continuity planning
- Take participants through a set of practical tools and resources that can be used in planning
- Use real scenarios to practice putting a business continuity plan together.
