Developing A Business Continuity Plan Based On A Prevention, Preparedness, Response And Recovery Cycle

The Queensland Government has developed a business continuity planning process that uses a Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery (PPRR) framework.

 

The Queensland Government provides a detailed, step-by-step planning template for business continuity, which is very useful for developing a plan to manage risks and disasters for small businesses.
